Louis and Marcus D contacted us when they were on the way. They arrived promptly. After a quick conversation, they efficiently began working as a team to safely and carefully load our belongings. “I used this mover to move my household 29 miles in the last couple of weeks. From the outset, there seemed to be some confusion on pricing, when the time started, and trip surcharge vs fuel surcharge. I do appreciate that when I asked to change my appointment on short notice, I was accommodated. When the movers arrived, the majority of items were already staged by the front door. The guys started unloading and it kind of felt like a slow drag — instead of stacking boxes on a dollie, they were being carried off the truck one by one. I was hoping for more transparent billing, more care with my items, and more efficiency.”

“My move was out of state. Every piece made it to the new location however, several pieces of furniture had scratches and dents. All the crew were very nice but came early to unload without notice which created a problem. Screws to attach mirror on one dresser was lost and could not be attached. Had to ask them to remove plastic wrap as they were in a hurry to get the job done. I did not like feeling rushed.”

“The end of the trip was great but pick-up day was a nightmare. We were told movers would arrive 9-11am but didn't actually get there until 6:30pm. And only after we initiated at least 4 phone calls as to the status. No one would tell us what was going on, just kept giving us new time-frames. The remainder of the move passed uneventfully. One table was damaged but we were reimbursed within a month.”
